We mailed a copy of this letter to ASCAP more than a year ago. We declare to the entire world that we are no longer affiliated with this criminal gang of thieves. I have 53 songs (works) with ASCAP for which I (Dominic John Circolone) am the only songwriter registered and my publishing company (Honey One Music) is the only registered publisher.

BMI is given a copyright credit for “Rose of Sharon” (instrumental) on the video we uploaded to YouTube. ASCAP is the only performance rights organization I’ve granted the privilege of collecting royalties for me and my publishing company. I registered my works with the society hoping you would help me protect my copyrights, not defraud me.

You also changed the dates on every song I registered before the year 2014, to 2014. I have 3 full CDs for sale that predate 2014. When I asked the society why they changed the original registration dates you refused to tell my why, you only told me I’m responsible to tell you which ones you changed and what is the real date of registration.

So, you have stolen my copyrights from me and the BMI credit is the proof. You have never paid out even one penny in 25 years, therefore, Dominic John Circolone and Honey One Music hereby notify ASCAP to cease and desist staking any claim to any of the 53 works I registered with you.

The number of views the tally gets diminished is not only random but appears almost vindictive.

And what if the system was programmed to remove one or two subs, likes and views from the 90% periodically.

Then, what if those stolen subs and likes and views were dumped into a folder to be distributed to the 10% monetized channels.

That would explain how some of the most garbage content gets the most views on the platform. Could it be happening? What is the computer doing with all the stolen subs, likes and views?

What made the computer first add to the channel's totals, and then some random time later decide it made a mistake?

Can you see how you all pretend the copyright owner has no authority? I told ASCAP I have fired both CD Baby and The Orchard, but they pretend they are powerless to do anything without the approval of those I have fired.

When it comes to paying for streams the YouTube Topic Channel is basically the streams from the YouTube Music platform carried over to their video platform Youtube.com. YouTube does pay for streams on Topic channels and the YouTube Music platform.
 
Your personally uploaded videos on YouTube won't get paid for streams until you claim your Official Artist Channel. Until then the only way to make money on it would be to have people click on the ads that are presented to viewers of the video.

Although the amount paid is quite small Content ID has paid for them. I know it's frustrating working as hard as you do and for platforms to pay so little in the process. I wish you all the best and understand that you need to do what is best for yourself as a musician and a person."

On Tuesday, January 14, 2020 the current population of China was 1,436,768,070.

Let’s do some simple math. 4634 divided by 1,436, 768, 070 = 0.00000322529439.

That number is so small that many of us cannot even put that number into words.

For those interested its three hundred twenty two million, five hundred twenty nine thousand, four hundred thirty nine hundred-trillionth(s).

China is the hub of this "global pandemic" according to the lying media whores. The odds of someone living in China dying from this "coronavirus" is in the TRILLIONTH(S).

Those numbers prove the covid-19 outbreak in China was never even close to becoming an epidemic.

To put this in the proper perspective, on average 8.9 million people die every year in China. That is the equivalent of 24,364 people in China dying every day of the year. Again, there are only 4,364 total victims of the alleged "pandemic" in all of China. Why are so many afraid when the real mathematics simply do not support such a reaction?

It's called FEARMONGERING. Those numbers alone prove this “global pandemic” story needs to be stopped and the perpetrators need to be made to stand trial for their misdeeds.  

Now let’s take a look at the numbers as it regards the state of Arizona.

The total population is 7,278,717. The total number of deaths attributed to the covid-19 outbreak is 1,788.

Again, let’s do the math, so to speak. 1,788 divided by 7,278,717 = 0.000245647688.

This tiny fraction is proof the covid-19 outbreak is not even close to being an epidemic in our state.

The number of deaths in 2020 in Arizona so far is 30,829. Math is our friend so let’s calculate another percentage.

1,788 covid-19 deaths divided by 30,829 total deaths in Arizona = 0.0579973402.

Wake up, oh, sleepers. We are all being lied to.

These numbers brought to us by the perpetrators are not even close to representing an epidemic in our state.

166 people on average die each day in Arizona. By my calculation about 10 people a day in Arizona are dying from this alleged pandemic.

10 out of 7,278,717 will die each day due to the covid-19 outbreak according to the perpetrators of this obvious psychological operation pretending to be an epidemic, pandemic, outbreak, crisis situation.

The total number of births in Arizona for 2018 was 80,393. If we divide 80,393 by 365 (days in a year) = 220. So, a big picture view of this “scary pandemic scenario” is every day 10 people will die from the alleged outbreak only to be replaced by 220 newborn babies. Those are not numbers that should be making so many people believe they will either die from or spread this alleged statewide covid-19 epidemic.

Dougie's illegal mandates issued under color of law willfully subject people to be deprived of rights protected by the Constitution. He is in violation of Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242.

Why is he not already being prosecuted for this obvious violation? The same reason everyone involved with the 9/11 false flag, psychological operation have not been punished for their crimes against humanity. The ones with the responsibility to enforce Title 18 are COMPLICIT!

They are not going to arrest themselves and then bring themselves to answer for said COMPLICITY. We the people of the United States of America have to enforce our laws because those being paid to are never going to bring their obvious crimes before a grand jury. Unfortunately, we have become a land of lazy, cowardly and unbelievably ignorant people too afraid of death and viruses to enforce our own laws.
